1. Information We Collect
- Anonymous auth ID (Firebase UID): identifies your sessions, reports, and reactions.
- Nickname: provided by you. Avoid entering personally identifying information.
- Sign-in info (optional): if you sign in with Apple or Google, the email address and display name associated with that account. Not collected if you don't sign in.
- In-game content: prompt text, drawings (PNG), guess text. In features such as the daily, content may be made public or shared with other users via the sharing features. Rights to such content belong to the operator (see Terms, Section 4).
- Reports: reporter UID, reported UID, reason text.
- Push notification token (optional): if you enable notifications, a device token used to deliver daily notifications.
- Local preferences: volume / language settings (language may also be stored on the server).
We do not collect addresses, phone numbers, or payment credentials. The App is free; it may display advertising and has no in-app purchases.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate and maintain the App (room sync, content rendering, moderation)
- To investigate abuse and enforce our terms
- For aggregate analytics that do not identify individuals
3. Sharing
We do not share data with third parties except: with your consent, when required by law, or to protect life, body, or property.
4. Processors
- Google LLC (Firebase): authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging / APNs (push), Firebase Crashlytics — data centers: asia-northeast1 (Tokyo)
- Google LLC (AdMob): advertising delivery (non-personalized)
- Apple Inc.: Sign in with Apple (if used), push notifications (APNs)
4-2. Crash reports
For stability improvements, when the app crashes Firebase Crashlytics sends technical information (stack trace, OS version, device model) to Google. No personally identifiable data is included. This feature is only enabled in release builds.
5. Retention
Room data is automatically deleted within 6 hours of creation, or earlier at the operator's discretion. Reports are retained until resolved.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Because authentication is anonymous, please provide your usage timestamp and nickname so we can locate the data. Contact com.yy.app@gmail.com.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Children under 13 should not use the App without parental consent.
8. Advertising / Tracking
The App may display advertising via Google AdMob. Ads are non-personalized (not based on your behavior), and the App does not perform user-level tracking. No iOS ATT (App Tracking Transparency) prompt is shown.
The main SDKs integrated are Google AdMob (advertising) and Firebase (authentication, database, storage, push notifications, crash reporting).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the support site.
