These terms govern your use of the お絵描きチェーン (Drawing Chain) mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the device, network, and any accounts required to use the App.
All copyright and other rights in the drawings, text, and other content you create or post in the App ("User Content") belong to the operator from the moment of creation or posting, and you agree to this in advance.
You agree not to assert moral rights in the User Content against the operator or anyone the operator designates.
The operator may reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, share, display, and otherwise use the User Content, both inside and outside the App, free of charge and without time limit, for operating, improving, promoting, and any other purpose.
User Content may be made public or shared with third parties — by you or by other users — through the App's sharing features, and you acknowledge this in advance.
The operator may, upon a user report or at its own discretion, remove content and restrict access without prior notice when these terms are violated.
The App is provided free of charge. The App may display advertising. The App has no in-app purchases (no sale of paid items).
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App, except where caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The operator may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
The operator may change these terms; updates take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having competence over the operator's address.
